CUSTOM LOAD ARCHITECTURE
Turning high load density into repeatable process conditions.
Dedicated magazines, loading trays and trolley structures are developed around actual pack geometry and spacing. They hold products in a stable, repeatable arrangement and maintain the pathways needed for steam-air circulation and heat transfer. In the documented reference load, packs were positioned only 1 mm apart and more than 60,000 lenses were processed per cycle in a sub-one-metre chamber, combining load density with controlled process performance.
